About Jennifer L. Mitchell, MD

  • Dr. Mitchell grew up inFreeport, TX. In her free time, she enjoys being outside – camping, hiking on trails, competing in obstacle course races. She also enjoys cuddles with her dog, Pablo. Being relatively new to Central Texas, Dr. Mitchell looks forward to exploring the area!

Growing up, I saw the effects of uncontrolled chronic conditions, specifically diabetes. I chose medicine to fill the need for preventive care in addition to managing chronic conditions in order to prevent complications. I strive to treat each patient like a family member or friend so we can set and reach healthy goals together.

Today every thing was efficient. From making my appointment to waiting to see the doctor and the doctor examining me. I like that I did not have to wait. I also got to schedule a future appointment right then and there because someone from the staff was ready to help me. Everyone worked very well together! 5 stars from me today!!!

Dr Mitchell is always so thoughtful making me feel she truly cares about me & any & all health issues I’m facing! She Does her very best & of medical ability & knowledge to help in every way! Thank you for your thoughtful kindness! It’s so appreciated … not being made to feel I’m just a number, Not just 1 more insurance claim for their day! $$ as often with some physicians! Thank you
